This is the main website for committee information. At the top you will see the following bar that has links to the different pages

The 2 main things to click on here will be SWAPS and NEWS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SWAPS

This is an information page only. Actual swap information will be exchanged in the Swap Forum. What you will see on this page is the current swap calendar and a button.

In the middle of the page there is a black button labeled “SWAP FORUM”

Click on the button be redirected to the Club East Swap Forum. In the swap forum you will be able to post the day(s) you would like someone to work for you or the day(s) you can work for someone else.

Please note, if you swap with someone you are responsible for making sure that person shows up for your shift and you show up to cover their shift.

After you click on the SWAP FORUM button you will be directed to the registration page. You must register and it be approved before you can post in the forum. You will get an e-mail once you are approved. Here is a direct link you can save it in your browser. Once logged in you will see the SWAP Forum. Click on Swaps

In the Swaps forum you will see posts where people list the day(s) they need to swap or days they can swap for someone. If you see a post that interest you click on it:

If you are interested on a particular thread and want to post your information click on the reply button at the top or bottom right. If you want to go back and look at other posts click on swaps at the top left of the page or the back arrow in your browser

ONCE YOU DECIDE WHO YOU ARE SWAPPING WITH YOU NEED TO SEND THAT INFORMATION TO “swaps@corralclubeast.com”.

If you do not send your information to the email listed above – your shift will be considered not covered

This forum is strictly for you to find someone to swap with.

You must send your information on who you are swapping with, so that it can get onto the spreadsheet so that management knows you have covered your shift.
